One of the most frequently asked questions is:
 
What is a private key and where do I find it?
 
"Your private key is what links you uniquely to your blockchain address while your seed phrase is a fingerprint of all your blockchain assets that you can use as a back-up if you lose your crypto wallet."
 
Both is super important. If you use several wallets or apps easiest is to import individual wallets by using the private key. Using the seed phrase doesn't always work and it might be confusing.
 
It's always good to have 2 apps being connected to daisy. If one struggles after an update, for example, the other one usually works great. With one claiming token is easier, with the other one it's easier to buy crypto. 
 
Please teach your teams to have always the tronlink app installed, which is the from daisy recommended app and one more like Klever app or tokenpocket as a backup. 
 
Also please remind them & yourselves to never loose & never share the seed phrase and private key.
